    "Mrs. Annie Chaffee Pfeiffer, 83, wife of the late Harry Pfeiffer of Hamlin, died at a nursing home in Falls City, Nebr., Friday, May 17, 1957. She is survived by one son, Dilbert Pfeiffer, of Hamlin; one granddaughter, Winifred Pfeiffer; brothers, Herbert Chaffee of Lincoln, Neb., and Wallace Chaffee of Hamlin."
    "Funeral services for Mrs. Annie Pfeiffer of Hamlin were held from Meek's chapel at 2 o'clock Sunday, May 19, by Rev. N. J. Lewis of Forest City, Mo. Glenn Weaver accompanied by Mrs. John Moyer sang "Good Night And Good Morning Up There" and "No Night There." Body bearers were Ivan Chaffee, Dr. R. P. Hoban, Leonard Sherrer, Austin Pfeiffer, Lloyd Spangler and Oscar Mueller. Assisting with the flowers were Mrs. Gladys Lichty, Mrs. Burl Burdick, Mrs. Robert Hart and Mrs. Max Moore. Interment was at the Mt. Hope cemetery."
