Ira N. Knotts, 88, of Jacksonville, Fla., a native of Greene County, died Monday, October 23, 1967.
Prior to moving to Florida 12 years ago, Mr. Knotts had resided at Morgantown, W. Va. A son of Lewis and Mary Johnson Knotts, he was born at Claughton Chapel, near Mt,. Morris.
Surviving are his wife, Haddie Cosgray, a former Waynesburg resident; a brother, Frank Knotts, of Morgantown, and three sisters, Mrs. Leonard (Dora) Renner, of Mt. Morris, Mrs. Ensel (Nannie) K. Lemley, of Mt. Morris, and Mrs. Annie Moore, of Carrollton, Ohio.
Two children, five brothers and two sisters are deceased.
