Bio
I was born May 1, 1959, in Mt Clemons, Michigan.
My Parents;
Donald Oberlin
Myrtle Oliver Oberlin
On February 14 1998 I married Michael Smarr, my childhood sweetheart. He has been my soulmate and has been with me through the Great and the Hard times, ever by my side.
In Oct 2006 I was diagnosed with terminal Breast Cancer and told I had two years to live.
In 2007 my son got married, and they have given us two of the most precious granddaughters.
In 2010 my sister Carol Oberlin Fortin and I found we both enjoyed geneology, so we started putting our family up on Find A Grave.
Now my Granddaughters will have a permenant record of their family.
The Lord has truely Bessed Me. It is now June 2012, It has been a struggle but worth every minute.
As we travel we find and enter cemeteries, so if I have your family member, no matter how far up the tree, please ask for the memorial, and if its not our family I would be honored to transfer it to you.
May God Bless you, Janice
My memorial:
Janice Oberlin Smarr

Update: It is now July 2016, I had a heart attack in March one week before my birthday. I am struggling to recover. Praise the Lord I am still able to enjoy my family and treasure hunt with our ancestors.
