John C. Willis, 56, general agent in San Francisco for the Louisville and Nashville Railway from 1922 to 1936, died yesterday in Birmingham, Ala., where he had been stationed as divisional freight agent. He was stricken with a heart attack while enroute from his home to his office. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Maude Willis.
