Son of Albert Collins and Mary - Pratt per his obit, Brett per his birth registration with the State of RI.


Second husband of Myrtle Maud (Tourtellotte) Collins Collins, who was a mother of 7 and the widow of Otis Rockwood Collins Sr at the time of their marriage. Myrtle and Thomas went on to have an additional 5 children together.


Per his obituary published on 25 April 1975 in the Providence Journal, he was buried at Greenwood Cemetery in Coventry, RI. This is where his wife Myrtle was later buried in 1991.

The obituary has not been uploaded here to respect the still living children of Thomas and Myrtle.
