Harry Conard, 68, Dead, Perth Amboy (AP) Harry Conard, 68, former president of the Perth Amboy National Bank, former president of the Perth Amboy Trust Company and one time city treasurer, died at his home today. Born in Buckingham, Pa., Conard came to Perth Amboy as a boy and began his business career with the Lehigh Valley Railroad. He served a term as water commissioner and as a member of the City Council and the Sinking Fund Commission. He is survived by two sons, Donald and Ralph, and a daughter, Faith, all of Perth Amboy. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2:30 p.m. at his home, 236 High Street. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Linden. The Courier-News, Bridgewater, NJ, Tue., June 5, 1934, Page 11.
