Surviving is a daughter, Mrs Ken/Margie Dale of Tremont. Also four brothers; George Jr, Bruce, both of Pekin, Clarence of Tremont and Verne of Florida. And two sisters, Mrs Betty Lichtenberg of Ariz along with Mrs Donna Bowman of Pekin.
Mrs Faulk was last employed at the Peoria State Hospital. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
