Victoria Eugenia Fernández de Córdoba y Fernández de Henestrosa. 18th Duchess of Medinaceli. She was the the most titled noblewoman in Spain, being nine times a duchess, 19 times a marchioness, 19 times a countess, four times a viscountess. 14 of these titles granted her the status of Grandee of Spain. Her daughter having predeceased her, her grandson, Marco de Hohenlohe-Langenburg y Medina, inherited the dukedom of Medinaceli and most of her other titles.
