She was also known as Georgia Rose to keep her separate from her mother and oldest daughter.

She accompanied her father some of the time while he was working on gold mines and in Russia. She met her husband who worked at the power house at the Chichagof gold mine.

Georgia Goudie, 86
Former Anchorage resident Georgia Littlepage Goudie, 86, died July 13, 2004, at Overlake Medical Center in Bellevue, Wash., after a brief illness.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at St. Margaret's Episcopal Church in Bellevue. Internment will be at Acacia Memorial Park in Seattle.
Mrs. Goudie was born June 9, 1918, in Portland, Ore. She married John Goudie in Juneau in 1940, and they spent many years in Alaska, most recently in Anchorage, before moving to Washington in 1974.
She enjoyed painting, sewing and reading and was actively involved in her church for many years.
Mrs. Goudie was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years.
She is survived by her children and their spouses, Jan Duncan-Mitchell of Yakima, Wash., Jack and Carolyn Goudie of Bellevue, Jill and Jack Steele of Lynnwood, Wash., and Jennifer and Joe Walsh of Yakima; nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; and her sister, Jean Peeples of Monroe, Wash.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Booth Gardner Parkinson's Care Center, c/o Evergreen Healthcare Foundation, 12910 Totem Lake Blvd., Suite 200, Kirkland, WA 98034.
