Patrick "Pat" Cramer Williams, long-time resident of Arroyo Grande, passed peacefully at the age of 75 on February 16th, 2015 at his winter home in Yuma, Arizona with his wife Carolann by his side.

In 2007, Pat was blessed with a second chance at love with his dear friend from high school, Carolann. They were married in 2007 and spent the last seven years traveling and splitting their time between their homes in Arroyo Grande, California and Yuma, Arizona.

Pat Williams, the son of the late Bill and Ita Williams was born on March 21, 1939. In 1957, he graduated from Arroyo Grande High School and in 1962 he received his Bachelor's of Science in Animal Husbandry from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He and his late wife Nancy Williams were married in 1964. Pat and Nancy raised their boys Patrick (aka Mule) and Andrew (aka Bubba) at the Williams family home in Arroyo Grande where they enjoyed many happy years together until her death in 2002. Pat initially worked at the Phelan Feed Lot and later for himself as a farmer, cattleman and steward of the Williams ranch land until his retirement in 2004. He devoted many years to caring for his late wife Nancy and his mother-in-law, Rose Guglielmana. Pat was also an active member at St. Patrick's Catholic Church and was involved in local youth sports, 4-H and FFA for many years.

Pat is survived by his loving wife Carolann Williams of Yuma, Arizona; son Patrick (Annalisa) of Santa Maria; son Andrew (Julie) of Salinas; sister Cathie (Jerry) Kolb of Castro Valley; brother Jimy (Peggy) Williams of Palm Harbor, Florida; sisters Mary Von Achen, Regina (Chris) Dennerlein and Margaret (Bob) Moynihan all of Arroyo Grande.

He was preceded in death by his wife Nancy and brother Thomas.

He was the beloved "Papa Pat" to four grandchildren; Aidan (aka Bambino), Helen (aka Papoose), Evelyn (aka The Caboose), and Lillyjean Williams (aka Blue Eyes). He will be fondly remembered as "Uncle Pat" to many nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be held at Marshall-Spoo Sunset Funeral Home in Grover Beach at 7 p.m. on Friday February 27th, 2015. The funeral mass will be held at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Arroyo Grande at 11 a.m. on Saturday February 28th. A celebration of life reception will follow at the Portuguese Hall in Arroyo Grande at 1:30 pm. The family gratefully accepts prayers, condolences, and memories and asks that donations be made to Arroyo Grande High School FFA.
