Passes Away at Ripe Old Age.
Death of Mrs. Elizabeth Adams at Soquel.

Mrs. Elizabeth Adams, the aged wife of C. S. Adams of Soquel, passed away Sunday morning at the good old age of 78 years. Mrs. Adams had been infirm for several years and the cause of death was senile debility. The deceased woman, with her husband, has been a resident of Soquel for the past 25 years, and was beloved by a large circle of friends in Soquel valley. She had been married three times, her two former husbands being dead. She leaves beside Mr. Adams, two sons and two daughters, Mrs. Eva Strickland of this city, Mrs. M. J. Greene of Laurel, W. E. Wheaton, Justice of the Peace at Soquel, and George Nidever of Paso Robles. She was also the aunt of Mrs. Ed West.
The funeral service will be held at the Soquel Congregational Church tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock by Rev. F. F. Persse, and interment will be in the Soquel Cemetery.
